The existing AL KARA'ANA LAGOON is now receiving around 2,600 tankers or more daily from different sizes, it is working non stop for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – therefore the management team shall cover full time period, the operational work shall comprised controlling the tankers entry to the allocated parking / dumping site, which will be changed according the water height in every lagoon in co-ordination with the Engineer, the Contractor will be responsible for monitoring the water level in every lagoon and direct the tankers to suitable dumping area accordingly in co-ordination with the concern Engineer.
