BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS
a) Package 1:
The project works consist of the upgrade of Road 150 and Al Bustan Road to Cater for the signalized Junctions at the intersections between South Boulevard and both Roads 150 and Al Bustan, the construction of Road 120, South Boulevard and Center Road with the related junctions up to the limit of works (L.O.W) just before the entrance to the private compounds. The works include the construction of service roads and footpaths. The total approximate length of road construction in this package is:

52m Corridor - 3,500m
Service Roads - 1,460m
b) Package 2:
The project works consist of construction of service roads and footpaths on the peripheral roads (no. 17 and 20) around block F area of Al Waab City, Roads no. 18 and 19 connecting the peripheral roads (no. 17 and 20) with the South Boulevard, Roads 22 and 23 connecting the peripheral road 17 with road 150 and existing compound and road 21 connecting the Centre Road. The total approximate length of road construction in this package is:

c) Package 3:
The project works consist of construction of service roads and footpaths confined by the South Boulevard Road, Al Bustan Road, Road 21 and Center Road. The total approximate length of road construction in this package is:

The works in Packages 1, 2 and 3 consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
