Scope of Construction Works
The scope of the project consists of site clearance and grading of the site to formation levels, as per approved grading plans.
Description of Works
(1) The Scope of work includes the site clearance and grading of the site as per the approved grading plans.
(2) The Work will include, but are not limited to, the following:
(a) Site Clearance.
(b) Completion of required earthworks as per approved grading plans to attain formation level.
Construction Programme 
The works are expected to commence by March 2010 and to be completed after 180 calendar days plus 400 days maintenance period.
