Supply of Small Jetting Units

The works comprises but not limited to the supply, delivery and offloading and storing of Five Cleaning units(trailers) for sewer cleaning purpose plus Two Years spare parts as described below .
The unit shall be built in a suitable 4 wheel trailer, it should be consists of, High pressure pump, hose reel suitable for 100m long of 1 inch diameter hose, hose guide, Heavy Duty 300 Gallon double skin polypropylene water tank provided with float valves and 1 inch drain to be fixed to the trailer in proper manner
WaterPump
Triplex reciprocating pump, poly chain driven, rated at 0-18gpm (68 lpm) and 0 – 4000 psi (275 bar) and capable of being run dry. Fitted with water pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and water flow control valve. Wash down gun connection and wash down gun fitted 10 m. of 1/2 '' hose, and 800 psi (55 bar) pressure relief valve.
Water Tank
Double skin – layers of polypropylene water tank of capacity of 300 Gallon with 1 inch drain and dual float valve.
Hose
100m single length standard. Hose for 60 GPM Pump SAE standard J517c – 100R2 Series R2A oil resistant black rubber high pressure wire braid hose with a tough, abrasion resistant polyurethane sleeve (nom. 1mm) bonded to the outer cover. All as per Euro Power Hydraulics Ltd. or similar
Nominal 3/4" (18.75mm) bore with a working pressure of 4000 psi (275 bar) and min. burst pressure of 8000 psi (552 bar) Fittings – BSP straight swivel female fitting on one end and BSP 900  compact elbow swivel female on the other. 2Nos. spare straight connectors to be provided
A heavy duty hose guide shall be provided.
Hose Reel
Rear mounted with 1800  hydraulic articulation, fitted with 400ft. (122m) of 1'' 2500 psi (172 bar) hose. Complete with reel speed control valve, hydraulic drive, automatic position lock, engine throttle, vacuum/pressure gauge and tachometer.

 DELIVERY LOCATION
The Materials shall be delivered to and offloaded at the Assets Management Affairs Stores (Drainage – Operation & Maintenance) along with maintenance manuals and catalogues in original.
