Scope of Construction Works
In order to facilitate the installation of supply services and development by private plot owners, the area must be graded to formation level, as per approved grading plans.
Description of Works
(1) The Scope of work includes the site clearance and grading of the site as per the approved grading plans.
(2) The Work will include, but are not limited to, the following:
(a) Site Clearance.
(b) Completion of required earthworks as per approved grading plans to attain formation level.
Construction Programme 
The works are expected to commence by April 2010 and to be completed after 270 calendar days plus 400 days maintenance period.
