Sewer Extension and House Connections

The work comprises the Construction, Completion and Maintenance of Sewer Extension, House Connections and Associated works according to the Drawings and the QCS (2007) Standards.
The following is a general outline of the scope of work, however the Contractor shall study the drawing(s) and visit the site location in order to fully acquaint himself of the conditions, circumstances, distances, depths, etc in preparation of his Tender which must be fully inclusive of all aspects of the work up to and including any necessary final reinstatement and clearing and cleaning of the work areas leaving the site and adjacent areas the same or in a better state than before the works.
   The work generally comprises of the following:
(1) House connections to and from the main sewer to the property and building and connecting to new manhole (MH-1) and abandoning the existing septic tank.
(2) All associated and related works in connection with the above including road and surface reinstatement etc.
The above work shall be completed in 150 days
