Contracts Department  
 
The department’s role in brief is as follows:
 
  • Develop model contracts for all projects undertaken by the Authority, in coordination with the concerned departments.
  • Review and discuss the modifications that are introduced to the contracts, in coordination with concerned administrative units.
  • Prepare and processing of contracts and filing of associated documents.
  • Provide advice and consultancy on various contractual matters.
  • Study claims and disputes, in light of the contracts signed with stakeholders.
