The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ announces a partial closure on Leabib Intersection, in the direction towards Lusail for road users coming from Izghawa on Al Tarfa Street and for those coming from Doha on the street known as Arab League Street. In coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, this traffic change will be implemented for four hours starting midnight on Friday 25 September 2020 until 4:00 AM, to enable infrastructure works as part of the Upgrade of Roads Surrounding Immigration Building Project in Wadi Al Banat Area.
During this time, road users heading to Lusail from the street known as Arab League Street or from Al Tarfa Street can use Street 245, turn right towards Al Ebb Street then right towards Leawina Street to reach Al Tarfa Street leading to Lusail, as shown in the attached map.
The Public Works Authority will install road signs advising motorists of the temporary diversion. Ashghal requests all road users to abide by the speed limit and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.
