Construction of Preparatory School – (Preparatory Girls School at North Khalifa Town)

The school consists of a two-storey main building and ancillary buildings such as: guard room, gardener room, driver’s room, substation & pump room with a total built up area of approximately 9165m².
The school also includes: shaded car parking, bus parking, outdoor sports area and hard & soft landscaping. The entire aforementioned amenities are built within the 24,000 square meters plot enclosed by 3.80 precast concrete boundary walls.
The main building consists of 25 classrooms, art rooms, laboratories, teachers rooms, administrative offices, assembly & multipurpose halls, auditorium, toilets, and changing rooms. The school can accommodate as many as 625 students.
The main building is reinforced concrete structure with block work infill and the multipurpose and assembly halls are covered with steel structure and roof cladding system with central air conditioning.
