Design and Build of Qatar R/C Sport Center Park project entails the design and construction of comprehensive facilities for the Qatar R/C Sport Center (R/C Park) located in the Umm Thnetain area, Al Khor. The total facility area is approximately 1,500 m². The main components of the project include:
Facility Buildings:
• Main Lounge Building: Ground Floor and First Floor (1,200 m²).
• Family Accommodation Units: Each unit covering 71 m².
• Toilets - Type 1: 40 m².
• Toilets - Type 2 (Pre-fabricated): 4.5 m².
External Works:
The external scope includes left-wing shadings, designated car parking slots, sidewalks complemented with basic landscaping, asphalt and interlock paving, kerbstones, a substation, and external utility services.
