Qatar Academy Sidra (QAS) is located in Education City, North Campus – Precinct 9, Doha. The project covers an approximate worksite area of 74,402 m² within the North-West Super Block of Education City, adjacent to QF Staff Housing Lots 1 & 2 and the People Mover System Depot.
The North-West Super Block spans 423,126 m², encompassing infrastructure and landscaping. The school itself features a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 32,000 m², designed to accommodate 1,800 students.
