TBox Hardwares
All TBox hardwares shall be of ruggedized type with extended temperature range, conformably coated for operation in harsh Industrial environment.
All TBox Hardwares should contain necessary mounting screws, IO connectors, and other accessories along with the hardware for it to work satisfactorily.
TBox Programming Software
The TBox programming software shall be compatible with Win XP, Win 7, Win 8.
The TBox programming software shall be able to program unlimited numbers of TBox RTUs.
The programming software license shall be of hardware USB plug type.
RTU Panel
The RTU panel shall be of wall mount type.
The make and model shall be of Rittal AE 1180.500.
The RTU panel shall include lock inserts, a mount plate, louvered filter and exhaust fan units, gland plates, wall mount brackets, door switch, suitable light tube fitting, earthing straps and wiring plan pocket.
The RTU panel color shall be of BS4800 14E53 Emerald Green.
Enclosure protection category IP66.
Signal Splitters
Signal Splitters shall be of a single input and dual output type.
Terminal Block
Each category of Terminal Block type should be accompanied with sufficient number of suitable end caps and end stoppers.
Terminal blocks to be packed separately according to the part no.
UPS
UPS shall be of smart type with all the power cables, communication cables, connectors, Software & Driver CD.
UPS shall provide continuous back up of 8 hours.
Datasheets
Datasheets of the items quoted shall be attached with the bid submission.
Warranty
All items shall carry the warranty for 400 days effective from the date of acceptance.
Ambiguities
For any ambiguities, Tenderers shall request for clarification.
Obselete
For obsolete item, Tenderers shall propose a suitable and compatible equivalent prior quoting.
Datasheet and other related supporting document shall be provided.
Delivery
The supplied items should be labelled properly with all the relevant details for easy identification.
The item delivery should also be segregated as per the attached list based on the make and Serial No. in the list.
GENERAL CONDITIONS/INFORMATION
All materials and items are to be delivered to the delivery location within Nine (9) Weeks from the date of receiving the Purchase Order from PWA.
Tenderers should quote the price in Qatari Riyals with break up prices as per tender BOQ.
PWA reserves the right to order only part of the materials and items listed in the Tender Document and the Tenderer must confirm with his tender whether he would accept a partial order at his tendered rates.
The total price shall include shipping, insurance, C&F charges etc.
