It is required to deploy the services of consultant’s team to carry out post-contract consultancy, site supervision and post-contract quantity surveying professional services for the construction, completion and Maintenance of Main Building & Ancillary Building for Coast Guard Stations at Shwaimsah & Ras Matbakh, Qatar.
Project Location and Brief Description of Construction Contract Works
The proposed project is consist of development of Coast Guard Stations at the following two locations:
• Shwaimsah located at Al Wakrah
• Ras Matbakh located at Al Khor
The Construction Contract Works comprises of but not limited to the construction, completion and maintenance of Administrative building, Ancillary building, Roads, Pavements and Landscape.
The buildings will be constructed according to the latest architectural styles applied in this type of special building. All buildings should comply with local weather and environmental conditions as well as the green building policy. The base should also be designed in a way that permits future growth, expansion and development. The design considers potential new interior extensions of the buildings and applies security and fire-fighting systems as well.
