The works comprise the construction , completion and maintenance of 3 numbers of two storey accommodation buildings, mosque , guard room and play ground complete with associated services and the external works. Trhe buildings are generally of in-situ reinforced concrete framed structure with rendered block walls, wooden and aluminium doors, and aluminium windows. Services comprise the air conditioning and ventilation installations, electrical and telephone installations , hot and cold water service installation and drainage system. All works shall be carried out in accordance with the drawings and specifications issued for the purpose.
