The Consultant is required to provide full Post Contract Professional Consultancy Services for General Supervision and Site Supervision in accordance with the Professional Service Agreement General Conditions of Engagement - 2010 Edition Rev A.
The project will consist of the construction of labour accommodation. External works including hard and soft landscaping are included as mentioned in the Project Brief.
The Services being procured in this tender shall be Post Contract Professional Consultancy Services for Labour Accomodation Phase 3 at Wakra.
Project Brief (Construction)
The works comprise construction, completion and maintenance of the followings as detailed in Tender drawings :-
1) Labour accommodation ( build. No. 6 & 7 )
2) Soft landscaping (14 nos. medium trees , min. 2.00 m. High )
3) Kerbstones & interlocking )
4) Fabric tensile shed for building courtyard
5) Fabric tensile shed for 28 nos. car parking
The approximate areas are as follows:
Total Plot Area: 36124.00 m2
Proposed Plot Area: 2500.00 m2
1) Covered area of new proposed : 1227.40 m2
2) Car covered parking : 1239.60 m2
3) Fire Pump Room: 33.00 m2
External works ( Interlock & kerbstone ): 7834.00 m 2
The Works in all the Sites shall commence on the date stated on the formal Contract Agreement for a total duration of 280 days plus 400 days for maintains period.
