The Works shall be carried out in in various location of the State of Qatar based on the details prescribed in series of Work Order which shall be issued by the Engineer along the contract period.
Both parties shall agree to a reasonable time period for the completion of each of such Work Order separately within the contract period. In case of disagreements with the Contractor for a reasonable completion period for such Work Order, the period will be decided by the Engineer in accordance with the following formula:

The Works shall consist of the following:
(a) Supply and Installation of road markers in the road network as directed by the
Engineer.
(b) Inspection / Investigation for the requirement of road markers on regular intervals throughout the area based on agreed programme with the Engineer and make report thereon. The Engineer may request time to time to report on condition and suitability of existing markers, proposals for new locations for improvement or remove and replacements etc. on area or zone wise extend. The Contractor's report shall include the details & the condition of the existing road markers, proposals for improvement, new locations together with quantities and estimates for the proposed works as required.
(c) Remove, replace damaged items partly or completely as instructed by the Engineer.
(d) Keep record of all activities and report to the Engineer regularly.
(e) The Contractor shall continuously engage his staff in exploring new / hazardous locations where the road safety measures are absent, lacking or require improvement and report to the Engineer with proposals / designs for improvement.
(f) It is the Contractor’s responsibility to keep the area updated with the all types of road markers specified under this contract for the entire contract duration.
The Site of the Works is various locations covering all the category of roads throughout Greater Doha area.
The actual quantities for whole of the Works are subject to remeasurement in accordance with Sub Clauses 55.1 and 55.2 of the Particular Conditions of Contract.
