The works comprises of the supply of Variety of Filters for Drainage Networks O&M department as specified in Section G- Schedule of Quantities of the Tender Document. The equipment shall be delivered to and offloaded at the Assets Affairs (Engineering Management Dept.) Stores along with maintenance manuals and catalogues in original.
All materials – Variety of Filters and items are to be delivered to the delivery location within three (03) years from the commencement date as stated in the contract agreement, and partial delivery shall be within 3 weeks from the commence of receiving the authorised Purchase Order from the Public Works Authority.
All materials – Variety of Filters and items shall be as specified and described in Section G- Schedule of Quantities and shall be of the makes specified therein. Any Tenders which do not comply with the above and include the accessories not from the above manufacturers will not be considered.
The materials – Variety of Filters and items supplied shall be covered by the Manufacturers Warranty cover.
