The work comprises of extension of sewer from MH W3/A12 and Phase-II reinstatement works in five (5) different places as per the attached drawings. It includes excavation, granular bed and surround, pipe laying, backfilling, construction of manholes, chambers, backdrops, demolition of septic tank, reinstatement works etc.

Reinstatement works shall be carried out in accordance with the Amendment to the Code of Practice and Specification for Road Openings in the Highway. (January -2011 edition)

Phase-II reinstatement shall be carried out after milling existing wearing course (maximum-50mm) as per the length and width shown in the attached drawings. Phase-II reinstatement shall be Machine Laid and using only approved Class A Road Contractors.

The scope and extent of works forming in this contract is based on House connection survey drawings (copy attached).

The overall completion period of the project is 90 days.
