The 3,500sqm (47m by 75m) PWA Car Parking Building land parcel is strategically located within the centre of West Bay Downtown, near to the Public Works Authority (PWA) West Bay head office The location of the site is show in the images below.
The Design and Build Contractor’s scope of Works includes for design using the proposed employers requirements outlined in the Project Criteria in Section E: Reference Documentation: Appendix E and in accordance with the scope of Works and deliverables outlined in Section E: Reference Documentation: Appendix F. The intention is to develop a purpose built car parking building serving the Public Works Authority (PWA) head office in West Bay.
The scope of Services is generally described as follows:
a. design verification;
b. construction phase / construction Defects Liability Period supervision services;
c. project management;
d. cost management; and
e. project administration services.
The Consultant shall complete and deliver the whole of the Services within four hundred fifty (450) Days plus four hundred (400) Days construction Defects Liability Period.
