1. Objective

The objective is to select a supplier to assist ASHGHAL in establishing the most effective and efficient way to Supply RSA Envision Upgrade from ES2560 to ES 5060 and  SecureCare Enhanced Maintenance while maintaining high standards of quality and excellent services.

2. General Requirements

• The Bidder must submit detailed delivery plan and approach to describe how the solution/product/services will be delivered in ASHGHAL premises.

• The vendor is requested to designate a main contact to be responsible for the communication with ASHGHAL.

• Show a motivation to develop a long term working relationship with ASHGHAL in order to meet the future growing needs of the business.

• Show an ability to meet all of the requirements mentioned herein this document.

• Show a proven track record in deploying large-scale hardware deployment at enterprise level.

• Provide references to verify bidder’s direct experience in servicing accounts of a similar size to Ashghal.

• Provide solution/product which adhere to Industry Standards.

• All software whether off the shelf, customized or developed should be provided with perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licenses where applicable. Show an ability to meet all of the requirements mentioned herein this document.

• Show a motivation to develop a long term working relationship with ASHGHAL in order to meet the future growing needs of the business.

• Analysis the current problems and submit the resolution.
