The O&M Scope of Works consists of:
A. all existing Authority operated Pumping Stations in the State of Qatar;
B. any new Pumping Stations added to the Authority’s network during the Framework Contract period;
C. carrying out O&M activities on any equipment/system/unit installed on the Site;
D. the planned, preventive and reactive maintenance, overhauling and repair, refurbishment or enhancement of the Site and associated systems; disposal of Waste Products, bypass pumping and traffic management;
E. the furnishing of all labour, supervision, vehicles, tools, materials, consumables, equipment, supplies, spare parts, emergency equipment, Approved Supplier workshop(s) and testing, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary for the completion of the Works;
F. the completing of records and reports throughout the term of each Work Order which shall be available for the Authority’s computerized management system; and
G. water quality testing at the Site as required.
The initial Authority operated Pumping Stations to be awarded through the Framework Contract are identified in Schedule 1.
The operation and maintenance of existing Pumping Stations which are under outsourced Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contracts shall, upon expiry or termination of the O&M contracts or otherwise, be transferred to the Scope of Works.
