Description

1. PROJECT OBJECTIVE Full renovation works of mechanical workshop, electrical workshop and old warehouse offices at assets affairs. Public Works Authority wishes to hire a contractor to do a comprehensive renovation and upgrade project involving multiple areas within Public Works Authority. The scope includes the dismantling and disposal of existing suspended ceilings, and the installation of new gypsum ceilings, LED downlights, and updated flooring solutions across various spaces. Significant work will be performed on office interiors, including the removal of old wallpaper, repairing walls, painting, and installing new skirting and flooring. The project also involves substantial upgrades to kitchen facilities, including the replacement of cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Additional tasks include modifications to the mechanical workshop, electrical room, and emergency exits, as well as the installation of a new fire alarm system compliant with Civil Defense regulations. This renovation aims to enhance functionality, aesthetic appeal, and safety throughout the premises. 2. CONTRACT DURATION The Contract duration shall be for Four (4) calendar months from Commencement Date (CD).
