2 THE PROJECT Project QN090 including (QN005) “Roads Surrounding Al Bayt Stadium” forms part of the PWA / Ashghal Local Roads and Drainage Programme (LR&DP). The project area is located on the Southern outskirts of the existing city of Al Khor. QN090 is near to Al Khor city which is a coastal town that lies in the northern part of Qatar located 50Km North of Doha. Covers an area of 35.82 Hectares. The proposed roads tie into the Expressway P25 design on East side and South side and with Al Egda Street (QN005) on North Side of proposed Al Bayt Stadium. QN090 project is located immediately adjacent to the South East corner of QN005 project limit. The Project area is connected with the rest of Qatar through Al Khor Highway.
