Description
The project scope is Maintenance and Repair Works for the external facades of the Assets Affairs buildings. The works include the inspection and repair of cracks, surface preparation, repainting of external walls, installation of aluminum doors, and fabrication of GRC panels. The intent is to restore the facades to a high-quality finish, ensuring durability against Qatar’s climate and compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS 2014). The works shall be executed with minimal disruption to ongoing operations, maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the project. The Contract duration shall be for 120 Calendar days from Commencement Date (CD).
