The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ announces that it will implement a temporary closure on Oqba Bin Nafie Street that intersects with Najma Street on Thursday 26th May 2016 to a period of three weeks.
During this period, road users travelling on Najma Street can access the local area by taking the next exit onto Ahmad Bin Hanbal Street before the D-Ring and Najma Street Junction, as shown on the attached map.
The closure is required to enable construction works for a part of the new signalized junction.
Ashghal will install road signs to advice motorists of the closure. The authority requests all road users to abide by the speed limits, and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.
