The project is located to the south of the Industrial Area, from East Street 33 Intersection, one of the 5 main interchanges of the project, to Bu Hamour Intersection (Al Jazeera Interchange on F-Ring Road). The project is 12.5 killometre with 4 lanes in each direction.
Industrial Area Road include the construction of 30 killometre of pedestrian and cycling lanes.
The project include five main mulita-level Interchanges:
East Street 33 Intersection:
3 level interchange including, at-grade signalized intersection underpass and flyover
Umm Al Seneem Intersection:
2 level interchange including, at-grade signalized intersection and underpass
Wadi Lubara Intersection:
2 level interchange including, at-grade signalized intersection and underpass
Messaimeer Intersection:
3 level interchange, including at-grade signalized intersection underpass and flyover
Bu Hamour Intersection:
2 level interchange including, at-grade signalized intersection and underpass
The project also include the construction of Barwa City access (Barwa Directional Tunnel), a unidirectional tunnel with a total length of 650 metres.
