Minister of Municipality
The Minister is responsible for the overall performance of the Public Works Authority 'Ashghal' and is empowered to manage its affairs and achieve its objectives, in particular the following:
General performance supervision of the authority.
Estimated annual budget proposal.
Report annually to the Commission of the Council of Ministers on the achievements and programmes of the authority at the end of each financial year and discuss its data and reports.
