The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ announces a temporary closure for 5 hours for the access to Gharrafat Al Rayyan Street from and to Gharrafat Al Rayyan Interchange on Friday 20 March 2020 (from 4am to 9am), to enable the gantries installation as part of Khalifa Avenue Project, in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic.
Road users heading towards or coming from Gharrafat Al Rayyan through Gharrafat Al Rayyan Interchange will have to use Bani Hajer Interchange, Al Shahama Street and local roads to reach their destination.
'The Public Works Authority will install road signs advising motorists of the closure and requests all road users to abide by the existing speed limit and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.
