Mr. Mansouri moved to Ashghal as Contracts Control Manager from 2007 until 2010, where he is currently appointed as Director of contracts.

Ashghal appoints Mr. Ghanem Rashid Shaheen Al Mansouri, as Director of Contracts. Mr. Mansouri is a competent staff member, he started his career in the roads department at the Ministry of Municipality from 2002 to 2004 then he moved to Ashghal as Contracts Control Manager from 2007 until 2010, where he is currently appointed as Director of contracts.
Ghanem Al Mansouri is a graduate of the School of Management and Economics Department of Business Administration -University of Qatar, year 2001.
He has attended also numerous training courses in specialized areas and participated in numerous conferences. Mr Al Mansouri is expected to make a quantum leap in his field.
