To facilitate completion of construction works on the pedestrian underpass that aims to provide safe pedestrian crossings, the Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ announces a partial traffic shift on Al Corniche Street onto parallel lanes, with the same number of closed lanes, from Al Diwan Interchange towards National Theater Intersection. The shift will be implemented on Friday 31 January 2020 for a period of 10 Months, in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic.
Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the traffic shift and requests all road users to abide by the speed limit, and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.
