The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ announces a temporary closure of all lanes on Ras bu Abboud Street en-route from Doha and Corniche to Hamad International Airport and G-Ring Road, for 6 hours during early hours from 2:00 to 8:00 am on Friday 30th November 2018.
Ashghal is implementing this closure in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic in an aim to complete installation of road signs on this vital route. During the closure, traffic heading from Doha towards Hamad International Airport (HIA) shall be diverted temporarily through Airport Street and F-Ring Road, as illustrated in the map.
The Public Works Authority will install road signs advising motorists of the changes on the road. Ashghal requests all road users to abide by the speed limit and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.
