The plot boundaries are as indicated on the map below and site plans and other available information relevant to the sites are provided in Section E : Reference Documentation :
Part 1: Reference Data : Appendix B.
The proposed site has PIN number 06020015 and is circa 1,500m2 in area. The MMUP have requested a building to plot area ratio of 60% which will give an approximate floor plate of 900m2 excluding allowed setbacks. These figures are to be verified by the Consultant on appointment.
The scope of Services is generally described as follows:
a. pre-design / design services / construction tender and award;
b. commercial management services;
c. project administration services; and
d. design clarification services.
The Consultant shall complete the Services within nine hundred and sixty one (961) Days
