The provision and supply of qualified, quality contact center agents, customer service personnel, team leaders, supervisors and other staff in line with Ashghal’s contact centre and customer service requirement. Contract will be on Call off basis as per Ashghal needs for a period of (3) years.
The Tenderer is to provide Staff as specified in this Project Brief to carry out Contact Center and Customer Services Centres Services including any and all other tasks or functions associated with the operations and/or related operations and functions of the Contact Center Department as directed by the Line manager.
• Provision and supply of qualified, quality contact center agents, customer service personnel, team leaders, supervisors and other staff in line with Ashghal’s contact centers and customer service requirements and standards.
• Adopt Ashghal staff recruitment and assessment methodology including any recruitment advertising.
