The work comprises of the Construction of property sewer extension and house connections
together with the construction of the necessary sewer network pipe line to connect into the
existing network all as described herein. The works are to be carried out to open plots, individual
properties or group of properties at Rawdat Al Khail Area.
The Contractor shall be required to pay charges for Traffic Department of Ministry of Interior as
well as “ Excavation Permit” charges for Road Opening of Concerned Municipalities and these
allowances should be reflected in the prices.
The actual quantities for whole of the Works are subject to re-measurement in accordance with
Sub Clauses 55.1 and 55.2 of the Particular Conditions of Contract.
The Contractor shall construct, test, commission the whole of the Works within 240 days and
maintain for 400 days after completion.
