Ashghal invites parties to submit Expression of Interest for the West Bay & Doha Central Car Parking PPP Program (“Project”) for the Design, Build, Finance, Operation, Maintenance and Transfer of the car parks.
The opportunity is for a private investor to Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain and Transfer (“DBFOMT”) multiple on and off street car parking facilities within Doha Central and West Bay areas.
