Invitation to Submit Prequalification Application for Consultancy Services
The Public Works Authority (PWA) in the State of Qatar invites global leaders in consultancy services to submit their Prequalification Application showing their expression of interest for the following Project:
Disaster Recovery Site Development for Asset Affairs.
(DR assessment, DR Design, Operation model, BOQ/BOM, Implementation Strategy & Plan.)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICESThis project is all about developing an IT disaster recovery plan in two phases and implementing a disaster recovery solution as per the required business needs.
• Phase 1 - Discovery & Assessment: Consultancy service to develop the Business Continuity Disaster Recovery Roadmap that will include discovery, DR assessment, DR Design, Operation model, BOQ/BOM, Implementation Strategy & Plan.
A Business Impact Analysis (BIA) has been developed already as part of the Business Continuity planning process for both DNOM and ROMD. The purpose of the BIA was to identify and prioritize system components by correlating them to the mission critical business processes the system supports and using this information to characterize the impact on the processes if the system were unavailable.

• Road Operations and Maintenance Department (ROMD)

SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION APPLICATIONThe closing date for submitting the Prequalification Application is (Sunday, 24th April 2022), not later than 01:00 pm (local Doha time, GMT +3:00).Scanned softcopies on Two (2) labelled DVD’s in Pdf format of the Prequalification Application shall be submitted to:
