Notification for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Pre-qualification
The Public Works Authority (PWA) in the State of Qatar invites global leaders in consultancy services to submit their expression of interest for the following Project:
Consultancy Services Across Asset Affairs
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
PWA is seeking external professional consulting support to manage change and continuous improvement of the Operations and Maintenance, project support, activation, and implementation, over a duration of 3 years. PWA invites interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the project “Consultancy Services Across AA”.
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
The scope of services for the Project will include but not be limited to:
1. Service delivery: Continue to drive and deliver the Business As Usual need by valued and cost effective Services: Key requirements:
a. Operational and Support Functions across AA with combination of Ashghal and Seconded Staff.
b. Enhanced customer service
c. Efficiency in the Delivery through Asset Affairs partners
2. Manage Change: Managing emerging needs and situation context for Assets Affairs mandate and continue the improvement journey: Key requirements:
a. Transformation Services beyond 2030
b. Ready access to global expertise and practices
c. Innovations in Delivery via AA partners
3. Maximising Outsourcing: Enable and implement an intelligent client organization to effectively maximise outsourced delivery partnerships: Key requirements:
a. To be supplemented by Seconded Staff
b. Draw down of Operational and Maintenance staff
c. Qatarisation and Organizational Development
d. Knowledge Transfer - From Doers to Managers

EOI Documents are to be returned by 05/07/2022, no later than 1:00 pm local Doha time (+3:00 GMT) in soft copy (pdf) to: eoi@ashghal.gov.qaPRE-QUALIFICATIONPWA shall issue an invitation and Pre-qualification Documents to the interested companies by email which submit the complete EOI Documents.
