Description

The project works are located in various part of Qatar western areas within the boundaries of Qatar Zones 51 to 55 plus 80 to 85 and Municipalities as per attached location plan. The works comprise the construction of temporary/permanent roads including protection of existing utilities, provision of future services ducts, street lighting works, traffic signals and water main dry leg crossings. All works are to be executed through Work Order instructions. The works consists of the following activities: i. Site Clearance ii. Earthworks iii. Sub-base iv. Flexible Surfacing v. Kerbing & Footways vi. Traffic Signs & Road Marking vii. Street Lighting Works viii. Traffic Signals ix. Surface Water Drainage x. Foul Sewerage Drainage xi. Water Works xii. Electricity Ducts xiii. Ooredoo Ducts xiv. Adjustment of Existing Manholes/Chambers Covers The Time for Completion for the whole of the Works (including mobilization) is Nine Hundred (900) Days The Maintenance Period shall be Four Hundred (400) Days from the Completion Date.
