Description

BRIEF OF SERVICES The Services Provider shall provide sufficient manpower, equipment and chemicals to comply with all the pest control service requirements for all premises of the Public Works Authority which are detailed within these specifications. The scope of Services for pest control services shall include those facilities and premises which come under Public Works Authority corporation jurisdiction. The contractor’s responsibility regarding pest control services shall include those areas listed below 1. Al Faisal Tower (Tower 1 & 2) Location - West Bay 2. Al-Nakhil Tower, Location -West Bay 3. Operation & Maintenance complex Management Buildings, Workshops and Store, Location - Ain Khalid 4. ASHGHAL Laboratory Building, Research Laboratory, Administrative Building Location - Ain Khalid 5. Al Faisal Parking Building West Bay 6. Multiple Storey Parking Building West Bay 7. Warehouse Offices, Drivers Rest Building Location - Industrial Area Street No.52 TIME FOR COMPLETION The Contract duration shall be for Forty-Eight (48) calendar months from the Commencement Date (CD).
