Auction of Scrap Sewerage Networks Pipes (Ductile) Project ID: GS 2024 A 004 SCOPE OF WORKS: Selling of Scrap Sewerage Networks Pipes (Ductile) with total Quantity: 4,104 Nos OTHER CONDITIONS: 1- Bidders shall submit an offer for the whole scrap sewerage networks pipes (Ductile) and therefore partial bid is prohibited. 2- A site visit shall be arranged during the Auction period. 3- Bidders should visit the site to view all actual items. 4- Bidders should submit their offer as a Lump Sum fixed price including but not limited to all costs items price, loading, offloading, labour charges, transportation, cleaning the site after loading, etc. 5- The winning Bidder (called “the Contractor”) shall be fully responsible for transporting the items. PWA will not be responsible for any charges such as transportation, labour charges, etc. 6- The Contractor shall submit the payment of the purchased items within Fifteen (15) days starting from the next day of the auction was awarded . 7- Purchased items by the Contractor shall be paid to the Authority before any items are transported out from the Authority premises. 8- All the purchased Pipes by the Contractor shall be removed from the Authority premises within 150 (One Hundred Fifty) days from starting date of the contract and/or annexes (Or in appointment stated in auction documents), and in case the contractor fails and delay without accepted reason, he shall pay the penalty delay as stated in Clause 17 of General Conditions of Auction. 9- The Contractor shall be responsible for general safety matters, damages including any necessary precautionary measures during the transporting activities on site. 10- The Contract Duration is 150 days from starting date of the contract.
