The project works located in various area within the boundaries of Qatar Zones and Municipalities. The works comprise the construction of temporary/permanent roads including protection of existing utilities, provision of future services ducts, street lighting works, traffic signals and water main dry leg crossings. The works consists of the following activities: • General; • Earthworks & Miscellaneous Works; • Reinstatement; • Materials Supply; • Plant & Equipment; • Traffic Management • Temporary/Permanent Roads • Protection of existing utilities • Provision of future services ducts • Street lighting works • Temp. Generators for street lighting • Water main dry leg crossings. • Unbound Pavement Material - Sub-base • Asphalt Works • Kerbs, Footways and Paved Areas • Traffic Signs & Road Marking • Water Works • Electricity Works • Ooredoo Works • Car parking (Milling / Asphalt) • Cut & Fill Grading • Bollards, curbstone • Soft landscape & replantation • Surface Water Drainage (Temp. / Permanent) • New Manholes/Chambers, Covers & Fittings; • Adjustment of Existing Manholes/Chambers Covers • Trench Pipework; • Pipes Trenchless; • Rising Mains; • TSE Connections & TSE Fittings & Fixtures • Fencing • Temporary swale Crossings • Relocation of Existing Assets • Removal of Existing Material • Demolition of Existing Structure • Concrete/Plastic barriers • Over pumping The Time for Completion for the whole of the Works (including mobilization) is Nine Hundred (900) Days.
