Project Title: Construction of Remaining Works of C2021/44 for Roads and Infrastructure in Al Sheehaniya – Package 1 Project ID: PA 2025 C 013 G Refer to the Project Brief Classification Requirements: Applicable Category: Contractors involved in Roads Specialization. Required Grades: Tenderer must hold Roads Specialization Grade 1 or Grade 2, and Sanitation Specialization Grade 1. If a contractor meets the Roads requirement (Grade 1 or 2) but does not have Sanitation Grade 1, they are required to form a Joint Venture (JV) with another contractor who holds Sanitation Grade 1 in order to be eligible. Note: The Tenderer is referred to Volume 1 [Preface to the Tender Documents] Part 3 [Instructions To Tenderers] ITT 3.3 [Instructions To Tenderers], and is reminded that the submission of all the requirements detailed herein are mandatory and any Tender not compliant with these requirements (i.e. submission with “to be advised later”, “to be submitted on Award” etc.) may, at the sole discretion of the Authority, be subjected to disqualification. The Authority reserves the right to request an update of any information provided with regards to this Tender Technical Deliverables. The Tenderer may be disqualified during the Tender Evaluation and not permitted to proceed further, without any liability to the Authority, for failure to comply with the all this requirements. The Authority shall not be obligated to issue any further request for clarification, and non-compliant submissions may be excluded at its sole discretion. The Tenderer are subject to be disqualified and taken action in accordance with State of Qatar Tender & Auction Law and Regulations, if they have made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements.
