The Public Works Authority wishes to hire a Service Provider to do comprehensive maintenance, and rectifications work for the existing Central Battery System (CBS) at HQ-1 Building (Assets Affairs. The scope includes disposal of existing CBS Batteries, Supply and Installation of new CBS Batteries. Maintenance & rectification works for the Central Batter System Panels, including the replacement of the damaged circuit boards, controllers, charger modules, group cards, ets. The project also involves the replacement of Address modules & Accessories for the emergency lights. Additional tasks include replacement of all the Exit lights at PWA - Assets Affairs Building (HQ-1) compliant with Civil Defense latest regulations. The contract duration shall be for Four (4) months from the Commencement Date (CD). Additionally, maintenance period is set at 400 days from the Completion Date (CD) of the Services.
