Description
PROJECT OBJECTIVE The General Services Department (GSD) of the Public Works Authority hereby invites proposals from qualified and reputable manufacturers and suppliers for the supply and delivery of high-quality office furniture for Ashghal buildings. The scope of supply includes, but is not limited to, desks, seating solutions, and storage units on Call-Off basis. Delivery Location The items shall be delivered and installed at the PWA towers, or any other location as specified in Supply Order (SO). Supplier Requirements: • The supplier must be a reputable company with proven experience in the manufacture and supply of high-quality office furniture. • All furniture must be designed with a focus on durability, aesthetics, and functionality. • A minimum 10-year warranty must be provided for all items. • The supplier must provide after-sales service and address any issues that may arise during the warranty period. PROJECT TIMELINE/DURATION The contract duration shall be for Forty-Eight (48) months based on Call-off starting from the Commencement Date (CD) or the total amount reaches 3,500,000 QR, whichever comes first.
