Description
PROJECT OBJECTIVE The Services comprises of two parts: Part 1: 1. Supply New Gym Equipment & pool items for the following location: a) Multi-Purpose Building – Salwa 2. Monthly Preventive Maintenance of existing and new gym equipment and machines (which shall hereinafter be referred to as “Units”) as listed herein and in the ‘Pricing Schedules’ in the Tender Document for the following location: a) Multi-purpose Building – Salwa b) Al- Nakheel Tower 27th floor Part 2: Call-Off Services: 3. Supply of GYM spare parts for the existing machine & supply gymnastic machines for Al Nakheel and Salwa as listed herein and in the ‘Pricing Schedules’ in the Tender Document: a) Multi-purpose Building – Salwa b) Al- Nakheel Tower 27th floor 4. Supply new gym equipment item for Al Nakheel Tower as listed herein and in the ‘Pricing Schedules’ in the Tender Document 5. Provide the Gym instructors (Male), Lifeguards (Male) as listed herein and in the ‘Pricing Schedules’ in the Tender Document. The quantities set out in the Pricing Schedules are indicative only, may vary and subject to re-measurement. Actual quantity will depend upon Authority issued for Service Order during the Contract Duration. The Authority does not guarantee ordering all or any minimum quantity of gym equipment, spare part or maintenance services. PROJECT TIMELINE/DURATION The total contract duration shall be Forty-Eight (48) months from the Commencement Date (CD) of the written instruction of the Engineer to commence the Services and is to be completed and carried out in accordance with the Contract Duration.
