Description

General Overview: The Public Works Authority (called here Ashghal) seeks to engage a qualified service provider to support its periodic physical inventory activities at various store locations throughout the State of Qatar. The selected Service Provider will execute physical inventory counts strictly according to plans and schedules pre-developed and approved by Ashghal, by supplying skilled and trained manpower, necessary tools, and timely reporting. This service is part of Ashghal’ s ongoing effort to ensure strong internal controls, compliance with inventory policies, and alignment with international financial and operational audit requirements. Objective of the Contract: To engage a qualified service Provider to support Financial and Administrative Affairs Department in delivering comprehensive inventory management and control services across Ashghal warehouses over a 64-month period. The objective is to ensure accurate tracking, efficient handling, and systematic reporting of physical inventory, thereby enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting informed decision-making in warehouse operations. Project Timeline/Duration The overall contract duration shall be 64 Calendar months starting from the Commencement ‎Date.
