Description

1.2.1 The project area DW020 covers approximately 271 hectares within Al-Rayyan Municipality in southwest of Doha and it is almost a residential district consisting mainly of low-density, single family, residential villas sustained by educational, religious, and retail facilities. About 20% of the project area is undeveloped. The project is split into packages; package 1 comprises 200 ha and package 2 comprises 71 ha. Please refer detail in Project Brief.
