The Tenderer shall hold a valid Engineering Consultancy Classification Certificate issued by the Ministry of Municipality (MoM) in accordance with Law No. 19 of 2005. Tenderers currently engaged as Supervision Consultants under an active agreement for the Roads Projects Department (RPD) projects shall be deemed ineligible to participate in this tender
