THE PROJECT Project Outline The project Construction of Roads and Infrastructure in Al Kheesa is a sub-division project located in Al Daayen municipality within Zone 70 of the Qatar Area Referencing System (QARS) in Al Kheesa district. The project area is bounded by several key roads and infrastructure: • Al Khor Coastal Road to the east • Khalifa Bin Jassim Al Thani Street to the west • Meraijeel Street to the north • Wadi Al Banat street to the south The Al Kheesa consists of the construction of subdivision infrastructure and the main roads infrastructure. The development covers a total subdivision area of approximately 184 hectares, including the development of 25.5 km of major roads. The aim is to connect the various sub-division areas within Al Kheesa district to the surrounding main roads and expressways. For more information - refer to attachment - Project Brief
