The Package (P07A) (Roads and Infrastructure in North of Semaisma) is part of the broader DN120 Project. This package focuses on infrastructure development in the northern Semaisma area, including the airstrip road, the coastal road, and connections to the existing Al Khor Expressway. The Package (P07A) project is surrounded by: • West: Al Khor Expressway and Interchange IC-G1. • South-West: DN120 Packages 03, 04, 05, and 06. • South-East: Beach development area, where PEO is undertaking development activities. The (P07A) package encompasses the construction of: 1. Subdivision Infrastructure: Development of infrastructure within designated plots. 2. Main Roads Infrastructure: Construction of major roadways to support connectivity. The development covers an area of approximately 131.2 hectares, containing approximately 18.50 km of roadway network and 8 special use plots, one recreational facility plot and beach development plot with other land uses. This project aims to enhance connectivity and support the development of the northern Semaisma region. Refer Details in Project Brief.
